How do you get more people to listen to your podcast? Stan Steeghs, co-founder of digital audio agency Spot On, shares his insights and experiences. Stan gained more than a decade of experience in the audio/music industry at companies such as Universal, Warner, and EMI. Since then, he has marketed and promoted over fifty podcasts. So if anyone knows what works and - equally important - what doesn’t, it’s him.
In his talk, Stan explains the do’s and don’ts when it comes to metrics, metadata, and marketing. He describes how these things are inextricably linked and will answer many pressing questions in one go. How do you measure success? What is the future of downloading?
